Transforming Communities Together Warwick want to assist new and existing projects in bringing about positive change in their communities.
We manage funding and offer organisations small grants. This has enabled us to financially support a range of projects over the past few years that aim to make a difference, and respond to local need in innovative and effective ways.
We have funded £12,000 between 2017-2019, in support of various projects and are always interested in discussing potential projects and partnerships.
